Estimated delivery time

Printful’s estimated delivery time (EDT) is our prediction of when an order could be delivered to you. The EDT is the sum of estimated fulfillment and shipping time.

Our fulfillment time average is 2–5 business days for non-apparel products and 2–7 business days for apparel products. When we calculate the estimated fulfillment time, we take into account the current order volume and our capacity.

Potential service interruptions

You can receive the order past the EDT for reasons, like; Issues with, print/embroidery files, Products being out of stock Shipping related delays like failed delivery attempts, service disruptions.

 

Our fulfillment times for all products may be longer than usual and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. It's difficult to predict the shipping times, the estimated delivery time is just an estimate, it’s not a guarantee.

Procedure

We work with an on-demand order fulfillment company with facilities worldwide! Printful’s fulfillment center are located in North America, Europe, Japan and Australia.

​

TAX

An additional customs and tax fee can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.

Non-receipt of product 

Check your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address, Ask your local post office if they have your package

AND Stop by your neighbors in case the courier left the package with them

 

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at our e-mail wwaworldwildart@gmail.com or chat with your order number.

If you did find a mistake in your delivery address, we can send you a replacement order, but shipping will be at your own cost.

Cost Calculation

Shipping rates are dynamically based on the weight and dimensions of the order and the cost of shipping to the addresses calculated according to our historical shipping data for deliveries to the area or selling region.

Freight charges are estimated according to specific product groups.

 

Delivery Options

We at World Wild Art do not offer local delivery or pick up at a physical address, as we operate our store only on a virtual basis. Our partner is in charge of organizing and sending all the same through partner carriers to your address provided at checkout, please check the information provided more than once, since they will be extremely vital at the conclusion and post purchase, any questions contact us in our chat or send us an email.

Manufacturing

We work with a print-on-demand drop shipper. They have locations worldwide, so depending on where you are, your orders are printed and shipped from the facility that can do it most efficiently!

Tracking

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at wwaworldwildart@gmail.com .

Wrong/damaged product

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged.

To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at wwaworldwildart@gmail.com within a weeks' time with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other details you may have about your order. We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

Return

We don’t offer returns and exchanges, but if there’s something wrong with your order, to be eligible, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please let us know by contacting us at wwaworldwildart@gmail.com !

 

Refund

Refunds are only offered to customers that receive the wrong items or damaged items. If any of these apply, please contact us at wwaworldwildart@gmail.com with photos of wrong/damaged items and we’ll sort that out for you.

 

Exchange

At this time, we don't offer exchanges. If you’re unsure which size would fit better, check out our sizing charts—we have one for every item listed on our store, in the product description section.

Though rare, it's possible that an item you ordered was mislabeled. If that’s the case, please let us know at wwaworldwildart@gmail.com within a week after receiving your order. Include your order number and photos of the mislabeled item, and we’ll send you a new one, or issue a refund!

ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION 
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order. These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the e‑mail and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.

COVID-19 Instructions 

World Wild Art works with a fulfillment partner to print and ship our orders. We’re in regular communication with them for the latest updates of what’s going on. Our fulfillment partner is still operating and we’re continuing to accept orders. Fulfillment and shipping will take longer but your order will reach you. Your support means a lot to us, especially during this time. Stay safe and take care of yourselves.

 

Order delays during Covid-19
